The standard fee to notarize a document according to Delaware law is $5.  The standard fee for an electronic  (RON) notarial act is $25. 

Below is a list of Notarial Acts:

  • Taking an Acknowledgment - Confirming the signer's identity and voluntary signature on a document (e.g., deeds, powers of attorney).
     
  • Administering an Oath or Affirmation - A solemn vow (oath) or pledge on honor (affirmation).
     
  • Verification on Oath or Affirmation (Jurat) - Confirming the truthfulness of a signed document.
     
  • Witnessing or Attesting a Signature - Verifying the identity of the person signing.
     
  • Certifying or Attesting a Copy - Supervising the copying of a document and certifying it as a true copy.
     
  • Noting a Protest of a Negotiable Instrument -  Documenting the dishonor of a negotiable instrument

Additional fees for travel can range from $5 - $50 depending on mileage.
